Challenge – The client owned a public house situated in a secondary location in a predominantly student residential area of the city of Sheffield. The pub trade had declined and they were looking for a strategy to exit the property with best value.
Outcomes – Letting to Sainsbury’s Stores Ltd at £60k per annum completed and then obtained detailed planning permission for the scheme to progress. The whole project was managed to completion ready for fit out by the retailer and once all completed sold the property to an investor for £900k.
