Challenge – The client owned a substantial circa 5 acre dilapidated multi-let industrial estate. The site had a number of large services running through it as well as a river and some historic contamination. The client wished to redevelop the site due to the fact that the existing properties had come to the end of their useful life.
Outcomes – Assured Property conceived the best outcome for the site and also obtained the funding, both bank and grant, to enable the site to be comprehensively redeveloped and sold. The development also attained a BREEAM rating of “Very Good.”
