Challenge – The client owned a site situated in a large housing estate with surplus land which was not being used and was a maintenance issue for the tenant. The client wished to explore the opportunities to maximise the value of this surplus land.
Outcomes – Completing the sale to the Co-operative for £1.25m and then obtaining the detailed planning permission for the scheme to progress. The whole project including the construction phase was managed by us and once completed the sale completed, crystallising the gain for the client.
