Challenge – The client owned a former restaurant in a busy high street within an affluent town. The existing restaurant business had failed and the client was looking for a strategy to exit the property with the best value.
Outcomes – Assured Property completed the letting to Caffe Nero stores at £70k per annum and devised and monitored the scheme to unlock the upper floors independently from the retail unit. Once completed, the investment and the residential development opportunity was sold to an investment/ developer for £1.3m.
